Message IMHO. I had a semi-problem in which I was ready to drive to Alabama, had scheduled an appointment, taken off work - then 2 days before my appt, he emails me and says the shop will be closed 3 days earlier than expected for his honeymoon. I understand the honeymoon, but it was his choice to schedule my appt 3 days before it. He should not have changed his schedule after confirming my appt by phone. Business people need to make good decisions, stick to them, and keep their word.

At the previous resolution, he had refunded my money and agree to ship back my auto TT-->NA rear driveshaft at no charge - almost 3 months and still wating :(

He seems like an honestly good guy without enough help or too much work.
